What size pan should I use for my Christmas cookies?

Posted December 16th, 2009 by Thomas

I was going to make some Christmas cookies this week…I have a recipe that is supposed to make 75 bars. I don’t need 75 bars so I was going to cut the recipe in half. The original recipe says to use a 15×10x1-inch pan….My question is, if I cut the recipe in half what size pan should I use? Is 13×9 too big? 8×8 too small? Please help.

If your going to cut the recipe in half it all depends on how thick you want the bars..An 8×8 would be really thick..I personally would use a 9×13 pan.
