A fake one. We used to have a real one, but we got tired of the dog peeing all over it.

It looks like a real tree with fiber optic lights coming out of it everywhere.

  16. Hello

I have a fake one. But next year I will for sure have a real one! :-)

    fake

    Neither, I don’t celebrate Christmas.

But if I did, I’d use a fake. It seems really stupid and wasteful to chop down a tree just to throw it out a month later.

Fake~ I love the smell of a real tree but, I hate the mess.

My sons, when they come over, always tell me it looks like a Carlie Brown Christmas tree.

  25. Gonealot

Gee, I don’t know how to answer this, I made it out of real cheese muffins, but it’s not really a tree.

I have a live Chrismas tree in my garden.

Real trees are healthier for the environment, and I enjoy having a potted live tree. It isn’t so large, of course, but that just lets me see if the old angel on top is going bald yet.

After Christmas the trees are donated to a local hospital and planted on the grounds. Sometimes I sneak over at night and have a bit of Christmas all over again!

Artificial, and I FINALLY finished decorating it early this morning before I got to sleep! I’ve found it MUCH easier to own one than go out every year and but a real one that I’m only gonna end up throwing out anyway!

When I was a boy, my dad used to take me out to CUT DOWN our own from a Christmas Tree farm! (Am I dating myself with that, or what? LOL!) It was LOTS of fun, but I still remember THE MESS from having pine needles all over our floor. PLUS, there was the "fire hazard" aspect! With an artificial tree, I NEVER have to be concerned about that! I’ve got one that has the lights already on it. All I have to do is place the garlands and ornaments, put the skirting around the base, and I’m good to go!

Fake.. it doesn’t make a mess, you don’t have to struggle with lights, and you don’t have to carry it into the house from some tree lot every year. That’s my kind of tree :)

  37. greek_dude247

real. Don’t have any storage space for a fake one.

  38. musicman47

Yes, and it looks beautiful too! Years ago the fake trees did look FAKE. Now, they are made much better. A few times over the years guest thought our tree was real!
